Mann’s Daguerreotype Rooms, Corner of State & Pleasant streets.  The subscriber respectfully informs the Ladies and Gentlemen of Newburyport and vicinity, and the public general, that he continues business, at the rooms formerly occupied by William Snell, and having fitted up his rooms in a superior manner, with a sky-light, and all the modern improvements of the art, is now prepared to Execute Likenesses, singly or in Groups, in any weather.  Having thorough knowledge of the business by past experience, he trusts to give entire satisfaction to all who may favor him with a call.  Ladies and gentlemen are respectfully invited to call and examine specimens at his rooms.

N. B.  Constantly on hand a large assortment of Cases and Lockets, and comprising every variety of the latest and most approved patterns, at all prices.  a12.

Notice.  The Subscriber would respectfully inform his friends and the public, that he has disposed of the Daguerreotype Rooms formerly occupied by him, to Messrs. Moulton & Perkins, of Salem.  He tenders his sincere thanks for past patronage, and solicits a continuance of the same for them.  James Mann.  Newburyport, April 15th., 1852.

Daguerrean Gallery, Corner State & Pleasant Sts.  The subscribers would respectfully inform the inhabitants of Newburyport and vicinity, that they have taken Rooms formerly occupied by Mr. James Mann.  The rooms having recently been fitted up in a superior manner, with a large Sky-Light, and all the late improvements of the art, are now prepared to execute Likenesses, in Groups or in Single Figures, In any weather and at any time.  The public are respectfully invited to call and examine specimens at the Rooms, which are always open to all.  April 15, 1852. Valuable Birds.  On Wednesday, May 26th. At 10 o’clock, A. M. At the Rooms of James Mann, No. 4 Pleasant street.—A large and splendid collection of American preserved Birds, containing many rare and valuable specimens; offering a fine chance to ladies or gentlemen wishing to make a collection of our native birds.

The Birds were all prepared by an experienced taxidermist, and preserved in a most thorough manner.  They are mostly mounted on a single stand, suitable for parlor ornaments or private cabinets.

The whole comprising the most valuable collection ever offered for sale in the country.

The whole will be sold without reserve.
