Talman.—Were married in 1845.—The complainant kept and keeps a boarding house, and is about 40 years of age.  Defendant is about 21, and is a daguerreotype artist.  Same complaint and decree.  [Decree of divorce, a venculo matrimonii, (from the marriage tie) on the ground of infidelity.
