Daguerreotype Miniatures. The subscriber informs the public that he has procured an instrument, and is now prepared to take likenesses after the manner of M. Daguerre, of Paris. As he will leave town in a few days, to be absent during the summer, he invites those who may wish his services, to call on him immediately. His room is in the Gifford’s Hall. J. B. Alexander. April 13, 1842.

The Subscriber informs the citizens of Charlotte, that he has taken a room at Mr. Robertson’s Hotel, where he is prepared to taker Miniatures, by means of the above beautiful Art. Persons who wish to have their Likenesses taken in the most accurate manner, and very cheap, would do well to call without delay, as the subscriber will not remain but a few days. Specimens of the Art can be seem by calling at the Charlotte Hotel. I. B. Alexander
